VPN usage is allowed as long as it is not used to conceal or falsify the trader’s jurisdiction. After passing the evaluation, KYC becomes mandatory. This requires:

• A valid passport, driver’s license, ID card, or residence permit
• A matching selfie
• Proof of residence that matches the ID

If KYC is rejected, the trader may receive a refund for the single evaluation they passed. Multiple evaluations or previously purchased evaluations cannot be refunded.
