Terminator Trader does not hold or trade user funds. All accounts, balances, and trading activity within the platform are entirely simulated. Traders are never required to deposit personal trading capital, and all trading takes place with simulated balances inside a controlled environment.

Personal information is handled in a GDPR-compliant manner. Passwords are encrypted, and internal access to user information is restricted through administrative tiering and least-access protocols. The platform does not collect or store sensitive financial data from traders.

KYC requirements:

  • KYC is not required during the evaluation stage.
  • KYC becomes mandatory only after passing an evaluation in order to activate payout eligibility.
