This Privacy Policy describes in comprehensive detail how Terminator Trader collects, uses, stores, processes, shares, transfers, and safeguards personal data when you interact with our websites, dashboards, simulated trading environments, applications, customer support channels, marketing communications, and other digital or online offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy applies to https://www.terminatortrader.com and any related domains, subdomains, mobile experiences, APIs, integrations, web-based tools, software interfaces, and features operated or controlled by Terminator Trader LLC. It also governs personal data collected offline where applicable, including through customer support communications and business development interactions.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, the Terminator Trader Terms of Use. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, services, or applications that may be linked to or integrated with the Services. Terminator Trader does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. 1. SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal data” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual. This includes information provided directly by you, collected automatically through your use of the Services, or obtained from third parties.

Personal data does not include aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual. Terminator Trader may use such non-identifiable information for analytics, research, product improvement, risk analysis, security enhancement, and business planning purposes.

References to “you” or “your” mean the individual accessing or using the Services. If you access the Services on behalf of an entity, “you” includes both you and that entity.

4. SIMULATED TRADING DATA AND PLATFORM ACTIVITY

As part of providing simulated evaluation environments, Terminator Trader collects and processes data related to simulated trading activity. This may include order execution data, timestamps, position sizes, entry and exit points, stop-loss and take-profit parameters, account performance metrics, evaluation identifiers, and system-generated analytics.

All trading environments provided by Terminator Trader are simulated. No live market trading occurs through the Services. Trading data is used solely for evaluation, performance analysis, compliance monitoring, platform improvement, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

5. PURPOSES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

We process personal data for a wide range of legitimate business and operational purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Providing, operating, and maintaining the Services;
  • Creating and managing user accounts;
  • Verifying identity and eligibility;
  • Processing payments and evaluations;
  • Delivering customer support and communications;

Analytics providers may collect information such as device identifiers, IP addresses, session duration, navigation paths, feature engagement, and referring or exit pages. This information helps us understand which features are most useful, how users move through the platform, and where improvements may be necessary.

We may also use analytics data to detect abnormal behavior, identify potential security risks, investigate suspected fraud, and enforce compliance with our Terms of Use and platform rules.

A. Advertising and Attribution

Terminator Trader may work with third-party advertising partners to promote the Services through digital advertising channels. These partners may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, limit ad frequency, and display advertisements that may be relevant to users based on prior interactions with the Services.

We do not knowingly engage in interest-based advertising directed at individuals under the age of eighteen (18).

12. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Terminator Trader retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our legal interests.

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect the receipt of transactional or administrative messages that are necessary to provide the Services or comply with legal obligations.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding the personal data that Terminator Trader processes about you. These rights may be subject to conditions, limitations, and exceptions under applicable law.

21. BIOMETRIC INFORMATION AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION

This section applies to individuals whose identity may be verified through biometric or identity verification processes as part of Terminator Trader’s compliance, fraud prevention, or security procedures.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “biometric information” means personal data derived from an individual’s physical, physiological, or behavioral characteristics that can be used to uniquely identify that individual, including facial geometry or other biometric identifiers as defined under applicable federal, state, and international law.

A. Purpose of Biometric Collection

Terminator Trader may require identity verification to:

  • confirm eligibility and compliance with age, jurisdictional, and regulatory requirements;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of the Services;
  • protect the integrity of simulated trading environments and payout systems;
  • comply with legal, contractual, and risk-management obligations.
B. Third-Party Identity Verification Providers

To facilitate identity verification, Terminator Trader may partner with third-party service providers specializing in identity and compliance verification. These providers may request government-issued identification documents, photographs, or short video recordings to confirm identity.

Biometric data generated during this process (such as facial geometry derived from images) is processed solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes and is handled in accordance with applicable law and the provider’s contractual obligations to Terminator Trader.

C. Consent and Use Limitations

Biometric information is collected only with your explicit consent where required by law. Terminator Trader does not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from biometric information, and such data is not used for marketing or profiling purposes.

D. Retention and Destruction of Biometric Data

Biometric information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill its intended purpose or to comply with legal requirements. Unless otherwise required by law, biometric data will be permanently deleted upon the earliest of:

  • completion of the identity verification process;
  • termination of your relationship with Terminator Trader;
  • one (1) year following your last interaction with the Services.

Biometric information is protected using safeguards equal to or greater than those applied to other sensitive personal data.

22. DATA RETENTION PRACTICES

Terminator Trader retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including compliance with legal, accounting, regulatory, and security obligations.

Retention periods are determined based on:

  • the nature and sensitivity of the personal data;
  • the purposes for which the data was collected;
  • the duration of your relationship with Terminator Trader;

When personal data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

23. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROLS

Some browsers and devices offer “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals or Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) mechanisms intended to communicate privacy preferences.

At this time, Terminator Trader does not respond to DNT signals in a uniform manner, as there is no consistent industry standard. However, where required by applicable law, Terminator Trader honors legally recognized opt-out signals, including GPC, for applicable data uses such as targeted advertising.

24. DATA SECURITY MEASURES

Terminator Trader implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Security measures may include:

  • encryption of data in transit and at rest;
  • access controls and authentication procedures;
  • monitoring systems for suspicious activity;
  • vendor security assessments;
  • incident response and breach notification procedures.

Despite these efforts, no security system is impenetrable. You acknowledge that transmission of information over the internet involves inherent risks.
