All trading environments provided by Terminator Trader are simulated. No live market trading occurs through the Services. Trading data is used solely for evaluation, performance analysis, compliance monitoring, platform improvement, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
5. PURPOSES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
We process personal data for a wide range of legitimate business and operational purposes, including but not limited to:

Biometric data generated during this process (such as facial geometry derived from images) is processed solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes and is handled in accordance with applicable law and the provider’s contractual obligations to Terminator Trader.
C. Consent and Use Limitations
Biometric information is collected only with your explicit consent where required by law. Terminator Trader does not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from biometric information, and such data is not used for marketing or profiling purposes.
D. Retention and Destruction of Biometric Data
Biometric information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill its intended purpose or to comply with legal requirements. Unless otherwise required by law, biometric data will be permanently deleted upon the earliest of:
- completion of the identity verification process;
- termination of your relationship with Terminator Trader;
- one (1) year following your last interaction with the Services.
